These Terms govern access to boqo, a platform that helps clients discover providers, request bookings, communicate, and manage service appointments.
boqo provides marketplace and scheduling software. We help users discover providers, view public profiles, request appointments, exchange service-related messages, and receive notifications. boqo is not the provider of the listed services and does not employ or supervise independent providers.
You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and use your account only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for actions taken from your account unless you notify us about unauthorized access without delay.
Bookings are requests or appointments between clients and providers. Provider availability, confirmation rules, cancellation handling, service quality, prices, and actual service delivery remain the responsibility of the provider. Online payment processing is not enabled in the first public release.
Providers are responsible for keeping profile information, service descriptions, prices, addresses, working hours, employee data, gallery media, news, and booking rules accurate and lawful. Providers must have rights to publish any uploaded text, images, or other content.
boqo may send service messages related to account access, bookings, provider activity, employee invitations, phone verification, email verification, calendar integrations, and operational updates. Users must not use messages, news, reviews, or profiles for spam, harassment, fraud, or unlawful content.
Optional integrations, including Google Calendar, work only after the user connects them. For Google Calendar, boqo creates a separate calendar named "Boqo" and uses it only to create, update, and delete booking-related events. boqo does not access existing Google calendars outside the calendar created by boqo.
We may restrict, suspend, remove, or refuse access to accounts, provider pages, content, bookings, or integrations when needed to protect users, comply with law, prevent abuse, or enforce these Terms.
The platform is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, boqo is not liable for provider service quality, missed appointments, inaccurate provider content, indirect losses, or issues outside our reasonable control.
