How do I book an appointment?

Open a provider's page, select a service, date and time, then confirm the booking. In the first public release, payment remains outside boqo.

Can I cancel or reschedule a booking?

This depends on the provider's rules and booking status. Check the booking and cancellation terms before confirming.

How do providers manage employees?

Company providers can add employees, assign locations, manage schedules, and configure the employee's service tree from the provider dashboard.

Is there messaging between customers and providers?

Yes. Both parties can communicate within the platform via the messages section when a conversation exists.

Will I receive booking notifications?

boqo can send operational booking notifications through channels configured for the account or provider workspace.
